Customer
Service Issues:
Want to schedule a cleanup? Need your cart repaired? Moving? Go to
the residential page of your community and click on Customer
Service.
Voice Mail System:
For your convenience, we have a voice mail system to accept customer
service calls made after regular business office hours, 8 a.m. to 5
p.m. Leave your name, telephone number and concern. A customer service
representative will contact you the following work day.

Going On Vacation?
Please schedule your vacation
holds in advance: A minimum 2 weeks per hold; A maximum of 4 holds
per year.
Disabled Customers:
Disabled customers with medical verification can receive on-property
service of all carts at no additional charge. Please submit a doctors
note to Allied Waste with your request for disabled service.
Recycling & Household Hazardous Waste Drop Off Locations:
For information on recycling drop off locations and a list of household
hazardous waste sites, please pick your community then click-on Household
Hazardous Waste. This will give a list of local drop off locations and
phone numbers.
Payment Options:
There are several convenient ways to pay your bill. Click on the payment
options to get a list of convenient payment options.
Holiday Schedule:
Thanksgiving
If your regular service day is Thursday, there WILL be service on Thursday, Nov. 27, 2008.
Christmas and New Year's
There will NOT be service on Thursday, Dec. 25, 2008 and Thursday, Jan. 1, 2009. Everyone's service will be one day later. So for those two weeks only, service will be Tuesday-Saturday. (For example, if your service day is normally Wednesday, your service will be on Thursday).
