Payment Guidelines

You will receive a bill from Pleasant Hill Bayshore Disposal/Allied Waste for your garbage, recycling and yard waste services. You have four ways to pay your bills:

1. Mail payment using the envelope provided.
2. Pay by MasterCard, VISA, American Express or Discover by calling customer service at:

3. Pay in person by check, or credit card at one of our designated payment centers.
4. Register for automatic payment by credit card or through your bank account (checking or savings) with Allied Waste’s Automatic Billing Authorization Agreement form. Please note: the charge will appear on your monthly statement under the name Allied Waste Service or Easy Pay.
   
   Instructions: Fill out the form on your computer screen, then print and sign. Attach a voided check or savings account deposit slip (unless billing by credit card) and send to:

   Sign up and manage your online bill payment account online at our online bill payment service. This process can be completed instead of filling out the form as described above.

   You do not need copy of statement to make a payment
   Payment options: check credit card or money order.
   From highway 4, take the Pacheco exit. Turn onto Pacheco Blvd. towards the Sun Valley Mall. Make a left turn onto N Buchanan Circle.

You must have copy of statement to make payment.
You also need to call us to verify payment if your account is past due.
