The following items ARE accepted for disposal and/or recycling:
  • General residential, commercial and industrial refuse
  • Household garbage - furniture, clean soil, sheet rock, asphalt, sand, concrete, empty paint cans with lids removed, empty propane tanks with valves removed
  • Appliances
  • Mattresses
  • Tires
  • Yard waste and wood
  • Computer monitors, T.V.'s and other electronic equipment

The following items are NOT accepted for disposal:

  • Hazardous waste (oil, paints, solvents, pesticides, batteries, etc.)
  • Special waste (sludges, industrial waste and contaminated soil)*
  • Designated waste*
  • Highly flammable materials
  • Concrete larger than 24 inches*
  • Creosote-treated wood (railroad ties, telephone poles, pressure treated wood)*
  • Medical wastes (needles, blood, tissues)
  • Liquid and infectious waste

*May be accepted for direct disposal at Keller Canyon Landfill upon review and approval.

ALL LOADS MUST BE TARPED.
UNTARPED LOADS WILL BE CHARGED AN EXTRA FEE.

   I 680 S over Benicia Bridge. Take Marina Vista exit. Go right. Right on Waterbird Way.

From Walnut Creek:
   I 680 N. Take Marina Vista exit. Go right. Right on Waterbird Way.

From Antioch:
   Highway 4 West. I 680 N. Take Marina Vista exit. Go right. Right on Waterbird Way.

Large dump trucks and end dumps should call Keller Canyon Landfill at (925) 458-9800 to see if they may be accepted for direct disposal.

Payment Options:

We accept cash, Mastercard, VISA, business checks. Absolutely NO personal checks. Cash deposit may be required. Businesses may apply for an account.
